Frost Bike Mississauga Welcome to Frost Bike Mississauga. We're a group dedicated to encouraging people to bike in the winter. Frost Bike Mississauga will be hosting leisurely wintertime bike rides for those already riding in the winter and those that want to try it out. Rides will be hosted on the 2nd Sunday of each month.
All rides will start from a community centre in Mississauga in order to have a warm indoor meeting point. The rides will feature a mixture of multi-use trails and quieter residential streets with a midway stop at a cafe, restaurant or bakery as chosen by participants. Locations will be selected based on multi-use trails with priority winter cleaning and the preferences of participants.
Our inaugural ride will depart from Huron Park Community Centre on Dec 8 2019 at 1:30PM. The majority of the route will be along the Queensway multi-use trail with some exploration of surrounding neighbourhoods. Our midway destination will be La Casa Dolce or Daddy O Doughnuts depending on feedback received from our participants.
